As someone who struggles with their anxiety, a normal gym environment just wasn’t working for me. So when I found Paige I was so excited! Having the entire gym to myself and being able to work 1 on 1 with Paige was amazing. Since I’ve been working with Paige my anxiety levels in general life and not just around the gym have massively improved as well as my strength and fitness. Paige does a fantastic job in tailoring my sessions to my goals and is always so encouraging and motivating. The equipment is such high quality and always clean and ready to go. There is also a great range of equipment to use which is great as well. I couldn’t recommend Paige enough!! 10/10
