Equipment needed: Swiss ball, medicine ball and hard vertical surface. Other main muscles used:
Technique: Rest ball on your upper back, feet shoulders width apart and slightly in front of your upper body. Posture: Neutral spine, shoulders relaxed and chin parallel to the floor. |
